1. Definitions

• "Inferna" / "We" / "Us" — the school operating at 16 Ratchadamnoen Road, Phra Sing, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "Service" — the website at infernax.pro and all online coursework tracks offered by Inferna.
• "User" / "You" — any person who accesses the website or enrols in a track.
• "Student" — a User who has enrolled and paid for a track.
• "Track" — a structured course of study offered by Inferna (Computer Vision Intensive, Applied Machine Learning Track, or Data Engineering Foundations).
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, which form the entire agreement between you and Inferna.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or enrolling in a track, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

3. Description of Services

Inferna provides online educational coursework in AI development, specifically: Computer Vision Intensive (฿3,675), Applied Machine Learning Track (฿8,750), and Data Engineering Foundations (฿12,250). All tracks are delivered online. Content is general educational material and does not constitute professional technical advice for any specific application or commercial deployment.

Inferna reserves the right to modify track content, schedule or format with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

4. User Accounts

Enrolment requires you to provide accurate contact and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during enrolment and in all communications.
• Use the coursework for personal educational purposes only.
• Not share, redistribute or resell access to course materials.
• Engage respectfully in any scheduled sessions or written communication channels.
• Not attempt to access systems, infrastructure or data outside what is provided to you as part of the course.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including written content, code examples, project briefs and instructional resources — are the intellectual property of Inferna. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use these materials for the duration of your enrolled track. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Inferna materials without express written permission.

Project work you produce as a student remains your own. Inferna does not claim ownership of student deliverables.

7. Payment Terms

• Track fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at enrolment unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• Payment methods accepted are communicated during the enrolment process.
• Fees are non-refundable once a track has commenced, except where Inferna cancels the track.
• If Inferna cancels a track before it commences, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.

8. Course-Specific Terms

• Each track has a defined scope communicated at enrolment. Completion of the track does not confer an academic qualification or regulated credential.
• Track completion requires submission of a project deliverable as specified in the track materials.
• Instructor feedback is provided on project submissions as described in the track scope; the format and timing of feedback are at the instructor's discretion within reasonable bounds.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Inferna makes no representation that:

• The coursework will meet any specific personal or professional objective.
• The skills developed will lead to employment, contracts or any other outcome.
• The course materials are free from error or that the instructional approach suits every learner.

Inferna is an educational provider and does not offer professional technical, legal or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Inferna's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant track. Inferna is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of business or anticipated revenue.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inferna harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Service in a manner not authorised by Inferna.

12. Termination

Inferna may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may withdraw from a track at any time; refund eligibility is governed by section 7. On termination, your licence to course materials ends immediately.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inferna regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
